Processing & Shipping Time

Most orders are processed within 48 hours, and all orders placed from Monday to Friday will ship the next day. Once shipped, standard delivery is usually 3 - 5 business days within the U.S., 5 - 10 business days for international shipping.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates; unexpected carrier delays (weather, volume surges, etc.) can occur.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping for all orders.
  • All International orders: Flat rate fee of $15 USD.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, as well as to:
Canada, Australia, Mexico, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship with USPS. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Address Changes & Order Edits

We start packing quickly to meet our fast processing times. If you need to update your shipping address or order details, email support@cozybeegifts.com right away. While we'll do our best, changes aren't guaranteed once an order has begun processing or shipped.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or shows “delivered” but you don't see your package:
Check with household members and neighbors.
Look in safe-drop areas (porch, side door, mailbox, parcel locker, leasing office).
Email support@cozybeegifts.com with your order number and tracking link.
We'll contact the carrier and open a trace if needed. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll replace or refund your order per our policy.
