We’re located in Virginia, USA.
Right now, we ship within the United States, as well as to:
Canada, Australia, Mexico, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
How long does shipping take?
- Within the US: Usually 3–5 business days after it’s shipped.
- International: Typically, 5–10 business days, depending on the country and customs procedures.
How much does shipping cost?
- US orders $50+: Free shipping
- US orders under $50: Shipping is calculated at checkout, usually around $6–$8, depending on where you live.
- International orders cost 15$
Will an invoice be sent with the gift order?
No. We don’t include invoices or pricing in gift orders, so it’s ready to be sent straight to your recipient.
Can you include a gift card with a message?
Yes! We’re happy to include a complimentary handwritten gift message card. Just leave your message at checkout.
Do you offer gift boxes?
Yes, we do. You can choose a gift box option on the product page if it’s available for that item.
How can I track my order after I pay?
Once your order is fulfilled, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to its new home.
