Custom Orders (Final Sale)

Each item is made just for you — personalized with care. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please email us within 30 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo or two to help us make it right — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or store credit.
(Please note: issues reported after 30 days may not be eligible for resolution.)

Lifetime Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. If your personalized item ever has issues — like peeling HTV vinyl or fading/engraving flaws on jewelry — just reach out. We're happy to repair or replace it to make sure your keepsake stays as special as the moment you received it..

Exchanges

Since each item is made to order, we’re not able to offer standard exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

For EU Customers

Personalized items are exempt from the 14-day return period unless they arrive damaged or defective.
